Skills

I specialize in quantum control theory, steering quantum dynamics to fulfill different goals. I have vast experience in modeling quantum systems, optimization, and numerical methods.

Experience

I work with experimental groups across quantum information science, contributing the quantum control theory. I've mentored researchers at every level—supervising 19 undergraduate research projects and co-advising two master's students and a current PhD student.

What drives me?

To boldly go where no one has gone before! I have a curious mind and much creativity. I want to use my skills to make an impact, and I can do that with my research. I love finding innovative solutions to different challenges.

About me ​

I hold a PhD in Physics and am currently a Senior Fellow at the Army Research Lab in Adelphi, MD. I specialize in quantum control theory. I develop new techniques from a theoretical and numerical perspective for immediate applications in quantum technologies, with a special focus on quantum sensing.
